Regular maintenance of the robot includes cleaning the base and arms of the robotic hand; high-pressure cleaning equipment can be used, but direct spraying on the robotic hand should be avoided; if there is a grease film or other protective coating on the robotic hand, it should be removed as required.

1. General Maintenance

1) Cleaning the robotic arm

Regular maintenance of the robot includes cleaning the base and arm of the robotic hand; high-pressure cleaning equipment can be used, but direct spraying on the robotic hand should be avoided; if there is a protective grease film on the robotic hand, it should be removed as required. (Avoid using strong solvents like acetone, avoid using plastic protection, and to prevent static electricity, non-conductive surfaces such as painted equipment and hoses must be wiped with a damp or wet cloth. Do not use a dry cloth.)

2) Cleaning and maintenance of the hollow wrist

Depending on the actual situation, the hollow wrist needs to be cleaned frequently to avoid the accumulation of dust and particles. Use a lint-free, clean cloth for cleaning. After cleaning the wrist, a small amount of petroleum jelly or similar substance can be applied to the surface of the wrist for easier cleaning in the future.

3) Regular Inspection

Check for oil leaks; check if the gear backlash is too large; check if the cables between the control cabinet, purge unit, process cabinet, and robotic hand are damaged.

4) Inspection of fixed bolts

The fastening bolts and clamps that secure the robotic hand to the base must be kept clean and should not come into contact with water, acidic or alkaline solutions, or other corrosive liquids. If the anti-corrosion protective layer such as galvanization or paint is damaged, the relevant parts must be cleaned and coated with anti-corrosion paint.

2. Axis Brake Test

During operation, each axis motor brake will wear normally. To determine if the brake is functioning properly, a test must be conducted at this time.
