The most common types of machine safety doors can be constructed with any type of panel and are suitable for all types of locks.

Hinged doors can be made from our mesh or steel plates to fit your chosen machine protection system. Use standard panel heights of 2050 mm or 1250 mm, with up to 6 widths. You can also combine standard infill panels or order special width infill panels to create the desired door panel size.
Single hinged doors can be ordered pre-assembled with locks and safety switches from the factory, or can be assembled on-site as separate panels, posts, and door kits.
Depending on the risk assessment, you can choose your preferred door lock; magnetic, safety escape locks, safety locks, or any other type of handle solution, with or without safety switches. Single hinged doors are tested to withstand impacts of 1600 joules and come with safety locks.
Single hinged doors can also be constructed using kit door frame fittings, forming a frame around the door, allowing for removable posts for free access height.
The machine protection system is so versatile that you can convert standard wall panels in the system into doors simply by adding our door kits.
The standard opening width is approximately 500-1500 mm.
