The quick fixing system consists of an upper bracket and a lower bracket, fixed on a 60x40 column. The panel bolt fasteners can be quickly installed onto the panel and then remain fixed to the panel until removed.
Then, the panel bolt fasteners slide into the lower bracket on the column and are pushed into the upper bracket, where they are securely fixed with a click. The upper bracket has a unique locking mechanism that locks the panel into the correct position.
To remove the panel from the bracket, use the Jingsheng with a pin to quickly release the lock from the inside of the fence. The quick fixing system meets the requirements of mechanical instructions, ensuring that all components are secured during disassembly. The system has been tested to withstand impacts of 1600 joules.
