We use high-standard carbon steel materials, and the entire process employs automated equipment to ensure that every meter of the fence produced is uniform, standard, and of stable quality. The standard colors for the posts are black, yellow, or gray, using a powder coating process. Of course, we can customize different colors according to your needs.
The standard column size is: 60*40mm, equipped with Lingsheng's intelligent fixing system, achieving seamless docking through the reserved installation of the grid fence, without the need for additional drilling, allowing for quick assembly on the customer's site.
The reinforced column size is: 60*60mm, equipped with Jingsheng's 60 series buckle.
To achieve higher security requirements, we also offer a super strong column (Strong Fix system),
We also need larger 80*80mm columns, suitable for applications with high impact risk.
In certain situations, we can use a simple linking method to connect two grid panels together, replacing the standard columns mentioned above.
