Ball socket stress relief intermediate component
The components of the ball joint stress relief intermediate assembly: quick-release pipe clamp OR latch-type pipe clamp, ball joint intermediate clamp, friction sleeve, corrugated pipe.
Components of the fixed assembly: corrugated pipe, quick-release pipe clamp OR buckle-type pipe clamp, connecting hose, and internal clamp of the branch head.
Output terminal fixed component
Components of the outlet fixed assembly: bellows, quick-release pipe clamp OR snap-on pipe clamp, connecting hose and internal clamp of the branch head, star-shaped branch head.
The internal locking buckle and the special design of the body allow for easy installation and removal without tools; it can be connected to the device box, simply by inserting the plastic corrugated pipe into the interface.
Built-in slide rail, standard rebound stroke 550mm, applicable to complex sites.
Open-ended corrugated pipe inner clamp
Used in conjunction with pipe clamps to secure open-ended corrugated pipes.
The three-section open flexible corrugated pipe, designed with a joint-like structure, has a larger range of motion, making on-site wiring more convenient.
The ST20 grid panel is a mechanical iron protective grid panel with a 20 x 20 mm frame. All horizontal lines are welded to the frame, and the vertical lines are welded to the cross tubes, forming a stable impact-resistant grid panel.
The ST30 grid panel is a mechanical iron protective grid panel with a frame of 30 x 20 mm. All horizontal lines are welded to the frame, and the vertical lines are welded to the cross tubes, forming a stable impact-resistant grid panel.
The all-steel panel provides good protection in areas with welding or spatter risks.
Upper part: The upper part is intact, while the lower part is cut. The installation holes are all maintained at 125mm. The upper and lower parts are asymmetrical. The waistline is not centered, with height + width.
Middle part: Symmetrical upper and lower sections, waistline centered, upper cut-off height + lower cut height + width.
Lower half: The lower half and upper half are intact, while the upper half is cut. The installation holes are all maintained at 125mm, height + width.
The most common types of machine safety doors can be constructed with any type of panel and are suitable for all types of locks.
