Double-hinged door

Hinged doors can be made from our mesh or steel plates to fit your chosen machine protection system. Standard panel heights of 2050 mm or 1250 mm are available, with up to 6 widths. You can also combine standard panels or order special width infill panels to create the desired door leaf size. Double hinged doors can be ordered pre-assembled with locks and safety switches from the factory, or they can be assembled on-site as separate panels, posts, and door kits. Double hinged doors can also be constructed using kit door frame fittings, forming a frame around the door, with removable door posts for free access height. The standard opening width is approximately 500-1500 mm.

Single sliding track door

Single telescopic sliding doors can be manufactured using our mesh and solid panels to fit your chosen machine protection system. Standard panel height is 2050 mm, with a maximum of 6 widths available. You can also combine standard infill panels or order special width infill panels to create the desired door leaf size.

Double sliding track door

The double track sliding door allows both left and right panels to open. You can choose to open one panel or both panels simultaneously during use. The track door is made of high-strength sliding rails and is equipped with our standard mesh panels, allowing you to quickly assemble the safety door you need. The double track sliding door can be installed with our safety lock device and combined with safety switches from different brands to achieve a higher level of security.

Single sliding track door

The single track sliding door provides a sliding door that can be opened from a single direction. The door can be made of mesh, polycarbonate, or steel plate to fit your chosen machine protection system. Using a standard panel height of 2050mm, with up to 6 widths available. You can also combine standard inserts or order special width inserts to create the desired door leaf size.
The single track sliding door comes with posts, panels, and door kits for on-site assembly. The top of the door has a guide rail, and the sliding panel moves on a separate track. The bottom stop keeps the door in position, making the sliding door very stable.
The standard opening width is approximately 700-1500mm.

Foundation bracket

The Base Fix system uses legs instead of pillars. This design is suitable for low-height partitions or for replacing sporadic pillars in large installations where the risk of impact from moving objects is very low. The base and panel are connected with bolts and nuts, which will maintain their binding even during disassembly, meeting the requirements of mechanical directives.

60×40mm column

The 60x40 mm column is assembled with the smart fence fixing system. It comes standard with four heights: 1400 mm, 2200 mm, 2500 mm, and 3000 mm. The column can be cut to any required height, or extended using extension brackets or smart splicing. The welded base structure is stable and sturdy, with strong impact resistance, capable of withstanding up to 2000 joules.

80x80 mm column

The 80x80 mm column is assembled together with a strong fixing system.

60x40 mm column

The 60x40 mm column has been assembled and is equipped with intelligent repair, quick repair, and safety repair systems.

Rapid Fix System

The quick fixing system consists of an upper bracket and a lower bracket, fixed to a 60x40 column. The panel bolt fasteners can be quickly installed onto the panel and then remain fixed to the panel until removed.

Intelligent Fix System

The intelligent fixing system is a powerful and proven system based on 60x40 columns. The pre-galvanized Smart Fix brackets have good corrosion resistance and are easy to install on the columns. The fixtures can be easily moved up and down to accommodate tunnels and uneven ground.
